		Syntegra Capital – a dedicated investment vehicle with over EUR 500 million of committed capital – invests in unquoted, medium sized companies, primarily in continental Europe. The Fund’s investors include Société Générale, Goldman Sachs and other large private equity investors from the US and Europe. The primary focus of the Fund consists in the acquisition of majority stakes in leading businesses. It may also consider investing in special situations or taking minority stakes.
